What personalisation options are there?
Depending on the product, you can use text, names, initials, numbers or photos. QR codes, NFC chips and Spotify codes are available on selected keychains. The exact options are shown on the respective product page.

Can I return a personalised product?
Personalised products are excluded from the right of withdrawal because they are made specifically for you. In the event of defects or faults, our warranty of course applies.

How long does it take to make a personalised gift?
Production of personalised items takes 1–2 working days. Please order in good time before the occasion – for Christmas and Easter we recommend 2–3 weeks\u2019 lead time.
